The foundation was grounded in 2006, it's a non-profit organisation.

Its aims within the meaning of the statue:
​
- Participation in the aquatic, cavic or aerial rescue of emergency situations, natural disasters, accidents in the interior and in foreign countries.
- Supporting the non-profit or other rescue organisations by ensuring aerial vehicles and creating their financial resources.
- Supporting rescue organisations in the case of their foreign employment by ensuring their travel, accomodation, meal, equipment, aid material costs.
- Helping rescue organisations to purchase their tools, vehicles, equpments, which are necessary for the rescue.
- Participation in the aerial ambulance service, aerial rescue and aerial exploration, if it is possible.
- Participation in firefighting tasks by slaking fires in forests, national parks and other big range areas and explorating them from the air. Hereby, the foundation would like to take part in the environmental protection.
- Organising or financing educations, trainings, competitions, professional developments, conferences, study journeys related to the special rescue.
- Organising or financing educations, trainings, competitions, professional developments, conferences, study journeys related to the aerial transport.
- Develpoing the science resources and educations.
- Financial and material supporting of other activities related to special rescue or aerial transport.
